Viviana (Vivi) Martinez
Rotating PhD Student
Vivi graduated from UConn in 2025 with a BS in Allied Health Sciences. Her interests shifted to neuroscience after joining a PNB lab as an undergrad, leading her to work post-grad as a technician in the Department of Neuroscience at UConn Health. She is excited to rotate in the Sciolino Lab this fall to explore her interests in neurobiology and learn some cutting edge techniques. Outside of the lab, she enjoys running, pilates, and spending time with her parents’ golden retrievers.
